Marie Greenhalgh, mother of Amanda Tosca Greenhalgh and wife of Charles Greenhalgh of Upper Mount Clair New Jersey, was arrested by the 17th Police precinct & incarcerated in a Manhattan Jail on July 16th in New York City on full Grand Larceny charges for theft, embezzlement and forgery.
